How does Candidate Flex-Payment work?
During setup or order submission, you can choose whether your company pays for the check or if the candidate pays for their own screening during the mobile QuickApp consent intake.
How does the automatic Jobber profile sync work?
When you order a background check, Datasource immediately updates Jobber to set Background Check Status to "Pending". Once completed, the status updates to "Clear" or "Review" and attaches a direct link to the report.
How fast are background check results returned?
Most checks complete within 24 to 48 hours. SSN trace and nationwide database searches are processed instantly, while county searches depend on court clerk processing times.
